The 457 Training is famous for rimfire competition with all the features found on the classic 452 platform. The 457 Training features a long sight radius with a tangent rear sight with a hooded front sight. The beechwood stock uses a schnabel forend with a 13.75″ length of pull.
The new 457 series now feature a push safety, adjustable trigger and 60 degree bolt rotation, allowing for larger ocular bell diameters with lower rings. The stamped bottom metal is now replaced with a classy 2-piece interlocking system. Additionally the 457 series utilizes the same swappable barrel system and magazines from the 455.
